1. Introduction

Welcome to Bait Al Ebdaa Interior Decor. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Bait Al Ebdaa and our clients regarding design consultations, manufacturing, and fit-out works.

2. Design & Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, 3D renderings, and bespoke furniture concepts created by Bait Al Ebdaa remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received. Clients are prohibited from sharing or replicating these designs for third-party execution without written consent.

3. Project Timelines

While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, timelines provided during the consultation phase are estimates. Factors such as material availability, site conditions, and client approval durations may affect final delivery dates. We are committed to transparency and will communicate any adjustments promptly.

4. Payments & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate design or manufacturing works.
• Progress payments must be settled according to the schedule defined in the project contract.
• Since our furniture is custom-made to specific dimensions, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has commenced in our Sharjah factory.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah courts.
